3D perfume bottles design / Packaging Design

The design was originally produced for the competition brief set by L'Artisan Parfumeur for D&AD. 

The primary task was to create a concept design of the bottles containing perfume.

Collateral - naming and packaging. 

The new range of unisex scents created by L’Artisan Parfumeur celebrates the emotions, each encapsulated in a unique bottle design.

The perfume bottles designs were inspired by elegance in geometric constructions, specifically by The Proof of Pythagorean Theorem, which is considered to be simple and elegant—a real example of  “beauty in method”.  

This bottle design is celebrating the union of art and science, breaking conventions, as the creation of new scents itself is the result of work of scientists and artists.

Four new perfumes represent four different emotions:

The naming system is based on a mathematical approach, the same used to assign a description value to a geometric figure (a,b,c,d etc..).  

When assembled together all bottles create a combination of all four shapes in a perfect square unifying all the scents together in a unique emotional union.
